3. Orders and Purchases

By placing an order, you confirm that:

The information you provide is accurate.
You are legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement.
You understand the product description, price, and delivery conditions.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders when payment cannot be verified, required customization information is unavailable, or an order involves suspected fraud or unlawful activity.

If we cancel a paid order before delivery, we will provide an appropriate refund.

4. Pricing and Payments

All product prices are displayed on our website or at checkout.

Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout.

Any applicable taxes, transaction charges, or other mandatory fees will be disclosed before purchase.

Digiyou does not directly store customers' complete payment-card information.

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully confirmed.

5. Digital Product Delivery

Digital products may be delivered through:

Download links.
Email delivery.
Customer account access.
Other delivery methods disclosed during purchase.

Instant-download products are ordinarily available following successful payment.

Personalized designs may require additional production time. The estimated delivery period will be communicated before purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and any information required to complete their orders.

If you experience delivery problems, please contact our support team.

6. Custom Designs and Revisions

For personalized design orders, customers must provide accurate instructions and relevant materials.

The number of included revisions, production time, and final file formats will be specified in the product description or agreed upon before the order is placed.

Additional revisions or changes outside the original requirements may incur extra charges, which will be communicated before additional work begins.

7. Refunds and Cancellation Rights

Customer satisfaction is important to Digiyou.

Refunds may be available when:

A purchased product is not delivered.
A digital file is defective and we cannot resolve the issue.
A product materially differs from its advertised description.
A refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws.

For customers in jurisdictions that provide statutory withdrawal rights, those rights remain fully applicable.

Certain digital downloads may become exempt from cancellation after delivery begins, but only where the applicable legal requirements have been satisfied, including any required express consent and acknowledgement from the customer.

Personalized services may be subject to different cancellation rules depending on the work completed and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

To request a cancellation or refund, contact [Your active support email] with your order details.

8. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Digiyou retains ownership of its original website content, branding, templates, illustrations, and other creative materials.

Purchasing a digital product grants the customer a license to use it for the purposes specified in the product description.

Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized commercial exploitation of our designs is prohibited unless a commercial license or transfer of rights is expressly provided.

For custom design projects, the agreed usage rights will be communicated before purchase.

Customers must have the necessary rights or permissions for any images, logos, text, or other materials they provide to us.

Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Digiyou remains responsible for its obligations to customers under applicable law.
